Game Day with the Chingus: Timezone Robinsons Place Manila Launch

Pre-Instagram and Facebook, my childhood friends and I will constantly go to Glorietta 4 to catch a movie, hangout in Starbucks, take neoprints (photo stickers), and of course play in Timezone! Timezone has really been a favorite entertainment site for me through the years. I remember one time when we played the crane non-stop till everybody gets a plushie! 😂

Constantly striving to introduce various innovations and exciting concepts to complete the FUN experience, Timezone opens their biggest (in Manila) and newest branch at 2nd level of Robinsons Place Manila Pedro Gil wing. My friends and I made sure to visit the launch for some nostalgic fun!

Rafael Prats Jr – President and General Manager of Timezone, Ryan Pablo – Timezone Operations Manager, Fernan Luna – Timezone Project Manager, Romina Domingo – Operations Director for flagship malls (Robinsons Place Manila, Magnolia and Galleria), Mark Louie Sta. Ana – Regional Operations Manager of Robinsons Place Manila and special guest Shamcey Supsup-Lee – National Director of Miss Universe Philippines, Miss Universe 3rd Runner up and 1st Nominee of ARTE Partylist.

After more than 2 years of not being able to go to Timezone, I was sooo ready to PLAY! My friends and I tried almost everything, except for the videoke booths, billiard tables, and bowling alleys which were blockbusters during the opening day. Will be back next time for sure to try those too!

Nobody goes home empty-handed at Timezone! Guests can walk through the redemption area to choose prizes they get in exchange of the tickets they won from the games. I chose a small pig plushie for souvenir of this day. :)

Went home super happy after playing like a kid again, and was able to experience these with my blog friends! Major takeaway from this day: Spend a day in Timezone for instant good vibes!
