My Korea Travel Expenses

Sharing my expenses from my Seoul-Jeju trip last Autumn. In a way, this will also be my personal record that I can conveniently look back on that day that I decide to go back to Korea. I actually checked my Korea Spring Budget before this second trip so I can gauge how much money I needed to bring!

Disclaimer, I am not saying this is the best budget for a Korea trip. Just plain stating facts based from my experience. Others prefer a tipid trip, while some go for a luxurious, all-out travel experience. Mine's alanganin, haha! May onting pasarap (I take cabs pag naliligaw na, I don't deprive myself from coffee breaks and cute Van Gogh souvenirs) but medyo budget conscious padin (For now I prefer Airbnb / dorms over hotels, I also consciously avoided the usual k-beauty and sneakers shopping for this trip).

Daily Trip Expenses

Day 1 - One Night in Seoul

Airport Taxes - Php 1620
Airport Train Single Journey Ticket - 4700 Won
T-Card - 13,000 Won
Water and Bread - 3000 Won
Gapyeong Day Pass - 6000 Won
Garden of Morning Calm discounted pass - Php 6000 Won
Hot Chocolate from Vendo - 300 Won
Street food dinner in Myeongdong:
Egg Bread - 3000 Won
Potato Twirl - 3000 Won
Cheese on Stick - 3000 Won
Strawberry Mochi - 2500 Won

Day 2 - I Left My Heart in JejuAir

Pomato Bibimbap Brunch - 5000 Won
Coffee at the Airport - 5100 Won
Taxi from Jeju Airport to R Hotel - 5300 Won
Extra charge for wrong branch / room - 12000 Won
Bus to Hamdeok Beach - 1300 Won
Dinner at Cafe Delmoondo - 10,500 Won
Heat Packs - 450 Won x 3
Bus going back to dorm - 1300 Won

Day 3 - Museums in Jeju Island

Bus to Yeomiji Botanical Garden - 2800 Won

Taxi to Van Gogh Inside - 2800 Won
Van Gogh Inside Ticket - 12000 Won
Van Gogh Souvenirs - 26000 Won
Hello Kitty Island Entrance - 12000 Won

Taxi (Going to Hello Kitty, Osulloc, Beach, Dormitory) - 60,000 Won
