I recently caught the K-Drama craze, and I can't seem to stop watching different series ever since! I'm on my fifth series now (Descendants of the Sun), and it has only been a month! :D
No wonder when I went to Korea a few days ago, it became a K-Drama ish tour. I can't help but associate a place or person that I see to scenes and characters in my K-Dramas. And although I've been to Korea last Spring, it was extra nakakakilig to be there now that I have a whole new level of appreciation for their pop culture, showbiz, and even history.
At the Incheon Airport, you can try Korean costumes for FREE. I asked if I can wear this headgear ala Ra-On of Moonlight Drawn By Clouds, haha!
Everywhere I look, there's my favorite Korean actors convincingly endorsing products. Can you name them!?
Look who greeted me at the arrival of the Incheon Airport! Do Min Joon!!!
At an elevator's small TV: The Crown Prince!
Went back to the Garden of Morning Calm, one of the locations for Moonlight Drawn By Clouds!
LOVE the magazine cover of Jeju Air's publication Join EnJoy!
I even went to the Digital Media City to see the buildings of Korean TV networks, and went on an MBC tour! More on this on a separate blog post! :)

I can go on and on! Anyway, fresh from Korea, I got an invite yesterday for an app event.
For K-Drama fanatics, meet VIU.
VIU offers the Philippines CONVENIENT AND THE FASTEST access to the LATEST authorized premium Korean content as fast as 8 hours after telecast in Korea. They are partnered with the top four Korean broadcasters, namely SBS, KBS, MBC, and CJ E&M (K-Drama fans know these by heart!). Best news? VIEWING IS FREE!
They have an impressive catalogue of around 10,000 content hours of Korean Drama, variety shows, and even Japanese Drama, all with English subtitling. I am interested on the interviews! Operated on freemium basis with MegaMobile, Viu's advertising management is handled by the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Sharing photos during the event:
With my K-Drama sister, Tracy! We were kinikilig the whole time because they were playing the soundtrack from our favorite series!
Event's host Sam Oh:

I already downloaded Viu, and it's very easy to use with its friendly interface. Viu also automatically bookmarks what scene you stopped watching! You can also use different devices for one account.
Aside from the free service, Viu will also have a paid subscription option which features downloadable series, etc. This will come on a latter date.
Btw, here are the K-Dramas that I've watched already. They are all in Viu, except My Love From Another Star.
Love in the Moonlight:

Oh My Venus:
And currently watching: Descendants of the Sun!
I'm in a hurry to finish this post and start watching DOTS via Viu!
You can download Viu app on Apple App Store and Google Play, or visit www.viu.com.
Like Viu Philippines on Facebook for more information and updates.
Hoping that Viu will bring in a Korean actor for a meet-and-greet!!!! Hehehe!
