“You see it, you want it, you can buy it,” says Paulo Campos, CEO of Zalora Philippines. This is the concept of the Manila Fashion Festival's collaboration with the leading online fashion destination in the country, Zalora!
Since 2014, MFF has brought to the spotlight the creations of both up-and-coming designers and established style veterans.
Now on its fourth run, the Manila Fashion Festival seeks new ground and explores new ways to bring style and fashion to the everyday public... By partnering up with ZALORA Philippines.
“It’s been part of our mission to provide various distribution channels to all participating designers and brands. After 3 seasons, and seeing the growth of online business in the country, we decided that the time was ripe for this collaboration – to bring fashion to a new reach,” shares Ronnie Cruz, CEO of Art Personas, the production company behind Manila Fashion Festival.
“ZALORA Philippines is more than e-commerce, we see ourselves as a key fashion player, which is why we went into this partnership with the Manila Fashion Festival. We take pride in building a stronger, thriving fashion industry in the Philippines,” added Campos.
Starting on the first show of MFF on April 11, the collections of Manila Fashion Festival designers and brands - including Randy Ortiz, Mark Bumgarner, Anthony Ramirez, Jaz Cerezo, Veejay Floresca, Bengt Enrique, Tony Evan, Patty Ang, Brit Tripudio, Tipay Caintic, Gabbie Sarenas, ARIN, AZUCAR by Arleen Sipat-Sutton, BASIC MOVEMENT by Esme Palaganas, MEDIDA by Mark Tamayo and Nino Angeles, and many more - will be available for pre-order as they come out of the runway on ZALORA Philippines.
From the runway to your wardrobe, all collections can be delivered straight to your doorstep.
As a staunch supporter of fashion and the arts, ZALORA Philippines will go beyond providing a platform to sell designer goods. In its initiative to recognize the creative talents in the industry, it will also be hosting the ZALORA Style Awards on April 7th. Five awards will be granted by a panel of judges which will include personalities as Pauline Juan, Amina Aranaz, David Milan and Sarah Santiago.
“Through this partnership, we’ve made shopping more fun and fashion more accessible. We encourage everyone to check out the amazing designs. Enjoy the best of Filipino talent,” ends Ronnie Cruz.
