New Menu from Hotel Rembrandt-QC, Le Monet Hotel-Baguio, and Hotel Luna-Vigan
Hotel Rembrandt is inspired by, if it's not yet obvious, Dutch master artist Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn. He was known not for technical brilliance, but for his new kind of insight, making what seem ordinary more interesting!
Like its namesake, Hotel Rembrandt offers satisfying luxury and convenience in the middle of the busy and residential area of Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Just like all of ArtStream Hospitality Management Group, Inc. Last night, I attended the new menu launch of Hotel Rembrandt-QC, Le Monet Hotel-Baguio, and Hotel Luna-Vigan. It was held at the ballroom:

Hotel Rembrandt's The Lobby has been serving International dishes since the
hotel’s establishment in 1995. They promise of good finds unheard of in the conventional market,
tucked away in hidden nooks, waiting to be discovered.
Here are the new dishes, as prepared by Chef Marie Jo Camarista:

Tuna Tartare and Salmon Ceviche
Calamari and Spicy Mozzarella Sticks
Shrimp & Watermelon Salad and Nicoise Salad
Burger Sliders and Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Grilled Chicken Baguette and Spaghetti Meatballs
Seafood Pasta and Shrimp Scampi Linguine
Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli and Shrimp Thermidor
Stuffed Roasted Chicken and Fish & Chips
Pan-Seared Tuna with Balsamic Glaze and Artichoke & Funghi Pizza

So happy to see vegetarian options in the menu! Would love to try their Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli one of these days!
Hotel Rembrandt's The Lobby also offers Daily Breakfast Buffet, a mixture of classic Filipino and Western breakfast meals is deemed as one of the best in Quezon City. Meanwhile, their Lunch and Dinner menu is an assortment of Filipino, Asian and Western food, all made with the finest ingredients.
Choose to pair your fine wine or liquor with a variety of steaks broiled to perfection, premium cold cuts or with their wide array of smooth and tangy cheeses and enjoy a haven of gastronomic delights. I actually enjoyed all the wine served last night!
