Hello hello! Here's a tour of my new favorite hotpot place in the Metro: Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot!
Thanks to Marj Sia, I was invited to the bloggers night of the newly opened branch of Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot in Cubao. Under the Vikings buffet group, this themed buffet promises quality, variety, and of course with a sulit price range.
The Place
Big, bright, and a delight to the sight, Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot in Cubao can accommodate a lot of people, and has a nice fancy set-up perfect even for special celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. I especially love the gray chairs and beautiful marble floors!
Even the restroom is sooo niiice! Love the song lyrics all-over the walls.
The private rooms are very special, with individual pot and stove per head... You can choose the soup you prefer without having to think of your group's preference!
Here's where I stayed. The stove is madaling matutunan.
The Soup Menu (I had the Mushroom paste, yum!)
Now on to...
The Buffet
I can't imagine how you'll be able to maintain a place this huge, but Four Seasons Hotpot is so clean and organized all throughout my stay there. They have stations for clean trays and plates everywhere:
Rows of fridge containing over 300 fresh and healthy ingredients, from meat, veggies, seafoods, and balls (everyone loves the cheese balls!).
More meat, beef, chicken, fish and other seafoods selections at the other side:
Of course, the special sauces section for the shabu shabu:
A cooked food section:
Ate LOVES the binusog na lechon:
Japanese sushi, sashimi, including my favorite tamago:
All sorts of noodles for your hotpot (they also have different rice).
Western and Continental Dishes, if you're still looking for variety:
Grill Section:
A salad station:
Even the salad dressings are placed in clean, modern bottles:
Canapés:
I was so overwhelmed by the food choices, and this is coming from a vegetarian!
Variety of drinks, already inclusive in the buffet:
Juice:
Softdrinks and beer... They even have sake!
Even the desserts are well-thought-off, and there's something for everyone!
Pastries:
Puto Bumbong and Bibingka:
Fruits, fondue, ice cream, and halo-halo, to name a few.
As for the price, here are Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot's regular rates for adults and kids:
Take note of the following promos, and get huge discounts on your visit!
For practical reasons, I like that they have this buffet policy:

With Trice, Seph, and Tita Jo:
With my foodie Ate, who introduced me to my best hotpot experience when we were in Taiwan. This dinner is our new favorite, and hope we can come back with the whole family na next time! :)
