Taiwan Excellence Made to Enjoy Singing Contest

I miss Taiwan! I'd say it is one of my top 3 travel destinations as of the moment, and a country that I have no second thoughts of going back to. I love everything about it.

I miss Ximending, where everything's young and alive. This is the area of the hotel my Ate and I stayed in during our 4 nights in Taiwan.

I miss the giant Yakults.

I miss the ABC-MART here and there - they sell really cheap branded casual footwear from Adidas, Birkenstock, Nike, and New Balance.

I miss ALL the inimitable good food.

And of course, I miss Taiwan's fine fine weather that made it easy to wear layers and enjoy touring the country. Everything's superb, in short.

As if making a sign that I need to go back, I learned about Taiwan Excellence's newest online contest Made To Enjoy Singing.

First of all, Taiwan Excellence is Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs way of awarding products with cutting-edge innovation and high-quality to reinforce buyer's confidence for Taiwanese products. Established in 1992, Taiwan Excellence made these prestigious brand of enterprises in Taiwan highly reputed around the world.

The Taiwan Excellence - Made to Enjoy Singing Contest aims to showcase the undeniable musical genius of many Filipinos. It will allow public voting for the best music video submissions, which will then be judged by a panel of experts. The winners will take home the superb Taiwan Excellence products, as well as cash prizes.

Some of the brands they aim to bring to the country:

August winners brought home a Transcend Drive Pro 200 and a Tatung Rice Cooker 100 plus Php 10,000. They also sang with Sam Concepcion last September 5 at the 2nd Taiwan Excellence Experiencing Zone in SM City North EDSA The Block Atrium.

The September winners can take home an Acer Liquid Jade Z or Kingcom Sigma Evo Smartphone, while October winners will win Asus Zenfone 2 or an Acer Iconia Tab + Php 10,000 each.

The grand winners will receive a KYMCO Agility 125" motorcycle and a cash prize of Php 50, 000.
