Ang konti ng SLR pics ko, and I have more phone pics but wala naman akong iPhone5 cord to connect to my laptop (haha) so excuse these few pics muna for now! ;p Bibili nalang ako ng cord when I have the chance! :p Anyway, second day in the States, the family headed to Las Vegas agad agad. My tita booked us a tour (inclusive of bus, guide, and hotel), and ang stopovers namin mga shopping outlets with Kate Spade and Coach bags na sobrang bagsak presyo, medyo nabaliw kami ni Ate (ex. ang P15K bag sa atin, P5k-ish lang sa kanila!).
Nakakatawa or tuwa lang is that every time I enter a store or fast food, may greeting-Starbucks-level-small-talk ka kaagad makukuha from the cashier or sales peeps. Tindi ng customers service! Minsan, though, nakakatamad na sumagot o naddyahe na ang introvert in me, tipong gusto ko nalang pagkakaopen palang ng door isigaw na kaagad before they even ask, "I'm ok guys! No need to ask, bad day!" Lolz. ;P
Aside from gas stations, trailers, and outlets, our whole byahe to Vegas was a looong view of the dessert na very Breaking Bad slash Star Girl ang feel, sobrang astig. Slept for the most part kahit nagsasalita lang si tour guide namin (haha) at nefifeel ko na ang time diff. Parang super bilis din ng sunset sa kanila, 5pm palang madilim na! Thus, parang ang sarap itulog nalang.
In terms of lighting naman, before going to the US hangang-hanga kami ng blog friends ko sa international bloggers' photo quality, "Parang iba talaga ang lighting nila dun! Kahit saan ka tumayo, ganda na!" Lol.
Anyway! We arrived Vegas ng night time na, so at least buhay na ang Sin City. 5pm pa daw open most of the stores there (bongga! pang not-an-early-bird peeps like me to a!) ... So we were able to hotel-hop narin. I love it there! Buhay na buhay, sobrang ganda ng mga ilaw, and crazy ng mga tao! We went to the downtown Las Vegas, and ang daming mga costumes like Minions and Hang-Over dudes na pwede ka magpapicture in exchange of cash. Sabi namin ni Cea, kung ako pulubi, mag iinvest lang ako sa paandar para kumita dito! Hit na hit sa mga tao kahit mga hubadera costumes dito--pero naaawa ako dahil ANG LAMIG para mag brief lang! Haha!
Ang pinaka nagpafeel sa akin na asa States na talaga ako at Christmas na was there sa downtown, may stage where cowboys played cool festive country Christmas songs... And tumigil sila when the WHOLE CEILING of Downtown Vegas turned into this HUGE screen projecting Bon Jovi playing Livin' on a Prayer... And EVERYONE around me started singing! Ang saya saya ko nun!
