Hi guys! :) Today is our semi last day in Maryland, tomorrow the family will go na to New York City to spend the New Year's Eve there--na pinangarap ko lang while watching the "ball drop" sa CNN nung nag 2012! I can't believe it ako mismo, dreams do come true! :p
Denim Shirt - Forever 21 | Hearts Sweater - H&M | Jeggings - Uniqlo | Sneakers - Converse | Bag - Kenneth Cole
Anyway, for our last day here in in Baltimore (babalik din kami before the rest of the family fly home na sa Pinas on Jan 4)... We went to White Marsh (mall) for more shopping and buffet dinner in Golden Corral, na ang sarap! Lalo't libre, haha! I spent the shopping part alone para mas makagala. Ang saya ng feeling, and nilalasap ko sya, every time I walk to window shop, talk to the cashier when I pay for my items (aba nasasanay nadin ako sa "How's your day?" speech nila, haha!), go out sa cold streets of America, and even our car rides on our way home, APO Hiking Society playing on loop sa radyo of my tito's car.
Malamig pa tong suot ko kanina, Need to wear a coat para mas warm!
In front of Barnes and Noble:
Yesterday, half of the group went to Washington DC para sidetrack of our East Coast adventure! On our way there, we even witnessed snowing pero asa train na kami nun so wala akong "moment" (lol). But nakakita nadin ako ng actual snow flakes! :D We commuted lang going to DC, buti nalang my cousin is good with this! Nakapag long train ride lang kami and maraaaming walks, and then ayan na kami sa capital of the United States!
Mukhang maaraw, but SUPER COLD din there! Tama lang ang layering namin, but then, ang lamig parin sa hands and sa ilong! HAHA!
I love seeing house fronts and apartments of a city, lalo na dito! I was hoping to see the DC Cupcakes (Georgetown).. yung may TV show! ;p Sayang di namin nadaanan. :p
Walang shortage ng parks dito! I realized na parang ang daming ganitong benches and "green areas" anywhere sa States, na ang sarap pag OOTD-han or tambayan with a new book! ;p
THE White House!!!

Street vendors selling refreshments and souvenirs here and there:
Bet nyo yung Obama mug? Hehehe.
Cute ng birds super taba! :p
Naamaze din ako sa squirrels! ;p
Cool ng tour ng mga to, naalala ko yung White Knight experience namin sa Intramuros! Hehe:
Nag walk around lang kami, and relied on these tourist-friendly signs, maps, and (pag nawala na talaga) asked the locals. Pulos mga history and government ang makikita pala dito sa DC, ang daming museums (19!) and structures kaya hindi sapat ang one day! Ang ginagawa daw ng iba nag rerent ng hotel room for overnight or 2-night stay para mapuntahan lahat. Kami we maximized nalang where less-than-a-day can take us.
World War II Memorial:

Washington Monument:
The 3Go with our cousins the Espejo brothers! :)
Lincoln Memorial:
Kung saan naganap so much historic events, like Martin Luther King's I Have a Dream speech (now etched sa floor)
Smithsonian Institution - operates 19 FREE museums and the National Zoo:
The US Capitol:
It was a long day, and ngayon pag iisipin ko super nakakapagod! I wasn't feeling well nadin the night before this tour, but nilabanan ko sya (with Bioflu and Berocca, lol). Natuloy parin ang flu because of the weather nadin siguro (ang lamig talaga, feeling ko wala nakong pores! Lolz), but it did not stopped me from enjoying this beautiful day! Natuto nadin ako sa Inner Harbor experience and wore 3 layers of top AND 2 jackets! Sabi nila ganito din daw kalamig sa New York City, huhu, let's see tomorrow!!! :D
