Aside from spending the start of July trying to complete the 4x4 challenge of my bikram yoga class (paandar ng yoga school ko where I have to attend 4 sessions a week for 4 weeks. Di pa yun ang mabigat ha, may 30-day-challenge din sila, but maybe next time ko na isipin yun!), I also did sourcing for Anagon, blogging duties, and attended my Club Hour last Thursday. I also spent those hours before leaving the house and the moment I get home (bawal daw matulog! ;p) just finishing accessories to sell for this bazaar, and fixing my boxes of bazaar chu chus. My mind is all-over! Infer for the most part of the week, I was sobrang saya naman!
And then at one point bigla nalang may inner-snapping ganap. Parang ang anxious-anxious ko uli. Parang hindi nanaman ako happy. Pagod lang siguro (Haaay).
But then again, I've seen (proudly, haha) the diff of how I dealt with my then-attacks to now:
"I try to avoid looking forward, or backward, and try to keep looking upward."
My shirt said it best, haha. :) Kahit sleeveless, pinush ko suotin to at lakas ng positivity! Hehehehe.
