Like reading and volunteering, I miss DIY projects. Back when I was still in school, I can juggle sewing, painting and all forms of creating--sandwiched between writing article requirements and reviewing pain-in-the-back thick lib books. I wonder where all these "extra time" flew that I can't seem to insert it in between my online shop, rakets, and bazaar organizing shiz. Anyway, spent last weekend trying to get ze groove back and created some artsy fartsy things:
Cute printed cloths from Cotton Depot Festival Mall, around P250/yard (a yard will do for one skirt!)
And because I am afraidy aguilar of the sewing machine:
Project 1: Polka dots simple skirt! :)
Laptop Skin from CDR-King for only P100!
Will fit any laptop:
Project 2: Jazzed up Laptop without busting my budget! ;)
Parang bago na uli!
Velvety texture:
Mission Accomplished! ;)
Sense of fulfillment goes up whenever I make my own things! :)
