I love my Sundays. I hope the family "routine" (and bonding!) will never change.
1) We go to Festival Mall to attend the South Feast (which, btw, just launched it's new website! :)) in the afternoon,
2) And then straight to the mall's top floor to hear the mass, which is held every Saturday and Sunday in the cinema area.
3) Afterwards, Cea and I will eat our dinner--deciding whether it's tipid meal (Chowking, Bulbop, etc.), or a notch expensive than usual (TOSH, T.Boy, Tia Maria's, etc.).
4) If we still have time, we also stroll around the mall while waiting for mom to finish her groceries. This means a trip to the bookstore, some nifty shops, new stores in Festi (like Payless and California Berry!), and then the groceries itself!
I swear, the routine is the best R&R after a busy week, and recharges me for a new week ahead!
Last Sunday's Feast was an awesome experience. We had the 2nd talk from the Wish series, which is on "Waking up you wish". Last week, they gave each of us a board where we can draw or make a collage of our dreams. The crazy Gonzales did our homework the last minute, and it turns out we have to post our boards on the walls of the new center! ;p Didn't submit mine first, and finished it today by Googling better photos than my pambata crammed drawing last Sunday! (daya ko daw sabi ni daddykins, hahaha) The best part is that we will be praying over each others' dreams. That is hundreds of people praying for each other. <3
Arun Gogna, the main preacher of Feast Alabang, showing to us his own Dream Board. :)
1) Bro. Arun: "If you know what you want, it will be so hard to not get what you want." I like what he said that God listens even to our faintest sighs...That we only have to order the universe so that the universe will know what we want.
2 and 3) The choir and band of the South Feast brings life to our weekly sessions.
4) Bro Arun's striking example: We are like a baby who cries and whines non-stop, that the parent (God) doesn't know what He will give to us. Is the baby crying to have milk, a toy, or what? We have to be clear with our wishes, and even reconcile 2 different/conflicting wishes.
My outfit for last Sunday (minus the headscarf when we entered the Feast's center! :))

I just la-la-love my new shoes! They are super comfy! Though currently on Project SG mode (shopping diet till my trip to Singapore on November! :P)...I searched different online shops on espadrille designs, and I found a lot of to-die-fors! :P
a) A floral espadrilles from followsales.com! :D
It's so girly and boho!---I'm gonna dieee! :P
b) Clogs Espadrilles from Espadrilles Manila!
Not only uso, but the round-toe design of clogs means it is easy on the feet. A little height wouldn't hurt! :)
c) Gold Toms! (are Toms espadrilles?? :D)
Been part of my wish list since forever. =p
4) Sperry Top-Sider Espadrilles from Espadrille Shoes
So cutie!! :D
5) Sneakers-Espadrilles from Sneakers Matters
The nautical feel is a big bonus! :)
I can go on and on...so many pretty designs!!! :D Why oh why do I have to feel a great urge to spend on times when I really need to save up. =P
PS: I need to earn more / save up for a November trip! I call this the Project SG. Do share to me if you have tips/strategies on saving up. It's the skill that I haven't really mastered after such a loong time! :P
And while we're at it, do visit my online shop! :) Bili na kayoo! Haha!

These lines struck me. Thank you for sharing, Ana! Ano ba yung Feast, puro talks? By invitation lang ba yun? Kailangan talaga taga-South? Heee. :)
